We have two 90 pound e-bikes. This rack is excellent! Very sturdy and so easy to use. The ramp makes it almost effortless. Don’t waste your time looking for other racks.

The assembly was easy and making adjustments was helpful. Have not had it on the road yet but will soon.
This rack is very much the sort of rack I was wanting to own! It does not bounce around and is rated for 200 lbs. Since I have two 75 lb bikes I am well under spec. Using the ramp to load is fabulous. Goes on and off like a dream. Since I have it installed on my F-150 the height would be a challenge if I had to lift them by myself. As it is I just put the bike in 'walk' mode and escort it right into place.
Point to note: The rack weighs in heavy (60? lbs?) so I built a little cart to move the rack from storage to the trailer receiver . Works great! If you are young and fit you might not need this.
I suspect this 'purpose built' for ebikes rack would be good for anyone. Under built racks are just tough to use on any sort of bouncing road.
I even like the blue gray color.
