At CRAVOT, we offer shipping across the continental United States and Canada, leveraging top-tier shipping services like FedEx, UPS, etc.
The ownership and risk of loss for the products transition to the buyer upon delivery by CRAVOT to the carrier for shipping.
Please note that all delivery estimates provided by CRAVOT, either verbal or written, are made in good faith and reflect our best approximation of the expected delivery date.
We strive to fulfill all orders within the specified time frame using commercially reasonable efforts. However, CRAVOT does not bear liability for any damages resulting from our inability to meet these timelines, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages.
It's important to note that CRAVOT is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or inactions of any parcel service.
If you Purchase in the USA:
We offer free shipping for all orders, and the shipping process is typically initiated within 3 working days.
The estimated delivery time is around seven to fourteen (7-14) days. Please be aware that due to the on unpredictable local logistics situation in the United States, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
If you Purchase in Canada:
We offer free shipping for all orders, and the shipping process is typically initiated 1-2 working days.
The estimated delivery time is around two to seven (2-7) days. Please be aware that due to the unpredictable local logistics situation in the Canada, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
If you Purchase in Australia:
We offer free shipping for all orders, and the shipping process is typically initiated 1-2 working days.
The estimated delivery time is around six to thirteen (6-13) days. Please be aware that due to the unpredictable local logistics situation in the Australia, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
Shipping Damage:
Please note that any damage to parts listed in the Limited Warranty during shipping is not covered by the Warranty. However, CRAVOT will replace such damaged parts if you:
Notify CRAVOT of a part damaged in the shipping process within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product;
Provide CRAVOT with your order number and a dated picture of the damaged part.
Remember that shipping damage claims are time-sensitive, and it is your responsibility to inspect the product for damage upon receipt.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner has arranged their own shipping option or if the product is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Force Majeure:
CRAVOT shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of, or failure to deliver, goods due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, enemy actions, strikes, labor difficulties, embargoes, delays caused by civil authorities, governmental regulations or orders, fire, lightning, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond our control. In such cases, the performance will be postponed by a reasonable amount of time necessary to compensate for the delay.
