Only used once on a 50 trip to go pickup 2 e-bikes. Worked great. Wish it sat lower on my 3/4 ton truck
Well built! Easy to use. A little heavy for taking on and off but that not is why it is so sturdy with both bikes in place and riding down the road. I would recommend this product to my friends.
This a solid Bike carrier. Easy to load with the ramp & handles two fat tire e-bikes with very little movement while driving down the road. For those new to these I will add that you will more than likely need to add additional lights to the carrier if the bikes block your vehicle lights.

I did not expect this. All metal, very solid and well engineered. Heavier than a Thule, but I trust this one better.
Cravot produces a great product and the CyberRack E2 hitch bike rack is proof. This thing is built like a tank and I’m sure it will last forever. I have to say however, FedEx shipping has to be the worst shipping company they could have chosen. The first rack that Cavot sent to me, never made it, because it was destroyed by FedEx shipping. I personally have never had a good experience with FedEx and every package they have delivered to me has been damaged. Find another shipping company Cravot.

I purchased this model for the ramp loading. My e-bike is 89 lbs. and I'm an old guy. Makes the task much easier even with my steep driveway. I ride in the Colorado desert, and the rack is holding up on the rough roads.
I really like the Cravot CyberRack E1 (25) for transporting a single bike
and
the Cravot CyberRack E2 Plus for transporting two bikes
I use both racks regularly.
I'm safety conscious and use additional straps for both wheels and a Voile strap above the seatpost clamp. My logic is a few extra straps won't hurt and they may even reduce the stress on the OEM straps.
