I was pleasantly surprised to find this bike rack to have exceptional build quality and a functional design which was very intuitive to use at a fair price. After reading the instructions I was able to assemble and mount in about 5 minutes. The mount collapses nicely for reasonable storage in my garage. It seems to secure the bikes well during transport and has a secure fit to my hitch.
The rack is slightly heavier than I was expecting at 42lbs, but the build quality is exceptional and I feel I will get many years of use from this product with little to no maintenance required. It would have been nice if the rack included a locking hitch pin, but at least there is an option to purchase at a later date.

Have not used this yet, assembly was easy , looks very sturdy, was able to test fit my step-thru bike, love the ability to fasten the bike by the seat post. It appears to be sturdy and the parts are tightly fit.

The product arrived when promised and was easy to assemble. It's much lighter than my previous one and it provided a verticle support which my last one didn't. That's a must.
Well made bike carrier. Hauled 2 e bikes 1000 miles and everything was perfect. The ramp makes loading and unloading easy.
The support staff was easy to work with to make sure the E2 (25) rack would fit my eBike. Very responsive.
The bike rack came and was packed with care to avoid any parts damage. Assembly was really straightforward for one person until I got to the middle support posts. I needed an extra set of hands to hold the posts in place while I bolted them in.

I am really happy with the E2 Hitch Bike Rack. It is well built and holds the Bikes very secure while traveling. It is a bit heavy at 61 lbs. by my scale. I really like the blue grey color. The ramp is a little loose in the bike rack receiver. I had to create a sleeve for it. It is very easy for my wife and I to load the bikes. It is very well priced for people like me who are trying to stretch every dollar. So far, I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this bike rack.
