Refund policy
We accept returns of new and unused items within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return a non-defective or undamaged product, you must contact CRAVOT within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Any product purchased under the limited warranty must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, must be in the same packaging and condition in which you received it, and must include all items that were inside the box (accessories, gifts, etc.). The packaging carton is recommended to keep for 30 days. You must obtain prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from CRAVOT. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
Refunds (if applicable):
Any item returned from an order that used a discount code will have the entire value of the discount code deducted from the refund value, whether you return one product or multiple products.
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
Return Freight:
In the case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm that it is a problem with the product itself. We will bear the freight for the return.
In the case of non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide us with photos showing the product in good condition. This is to demonstrate that if the product is damaged upon return due to logistics reasons rather than the customer's fault, the customer will not be held responsible. If the customer fails to provide photographic evidence of the product being in good condition, and the product is damaged after the return, we will charge depreciation fees based on the extent of damage.
The product to be sent back to CRAVOT must not have man-made damage, or any other signs of use, otherwise, we will charge a depreciation fee according to the degree of damage.
In the case of the customer sending any products back to CRAVOT without the written consent of CRAVOT, the customer bears the freight of the return.
Notes:
Used goods, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered under our warranty.
Regarding gift items:
In the case of a return, customers need to return all gift items included in their order and ensure that the gift items show no signs of wear, dirt, dust, or any other indications of use.
If customers insist on returning used gift items, depreciation charges will be deducted from the refund based on the items' condition.
Fragile gift items are not eligible for returns; in such cases, the value of the items (retail price) will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the free gifts.
In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from CRAVOT.
Please contact us at support@cravot.com with proof of purchase, photos and videos of the item(s) you are about to return. Any products sent back to CRAVOT by you without the written consent of CRAVOT shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
