This rack is very sturdy! It is also very heavy but great quality and works great! Well worth the money. Mine did come in damaged but it was from the shipping company so nothing against Cravot! Just some scratches, nothing major.

Went together smoothly and is well built.
I did flip the trays around from configuration in the instructions so I could load my heavier bike first while parked in my driveway. No issues and works like a charm.
The price and build quality just prove the other big name brands are taking advantage of the consumer by charging a thousand dollars for a rack.

Best purchase ever for my electric bikes. So easy to transport them now. Easy loading and unloading. Very stable on the road. Very higj quality and highly recomended.

Just got an e-bike as my mobility otherwise is limited, and wanted to be able to take it away occasionally from my immediate neighborhood. I'm a petite over 70 lady, and I assembled it myself--not without some effort-- but I got'er done! I wanted something I could maneuver by myself, and I can lift and store this just fine. I remove it folded up (nice feature) and it sits nicely and unobtrusive in my garage. the ramp was a must, and while it is an effort for me to push the 50lb bike up the thing, I take it slow and it works. I do store the ramp in my car after, as one reviewer said he heard it making noise when on the road, or some such thing, and I know that would make me crazy, so I just toss it in and done. It seems solid and very stable, so I'm happy!

Nice rack, sturdy.

It wasn't difficult to assemble, although 1 of the 4 plastic shims needed for the vertical centre posts partially broke before I could get it entirely inserted. No problem; it should work fine without that small piece. We've used the rack only once so far. It performed very well. I'm happy with the purchase.

Very well built bike rack. Assembly was easy and it installed on the truck perfectly. Folds up so the tailgate can be lowered with the rack installed.

This bike rack is as solid as it gets. I love this type rack securing the bike at the wheels.. no contact with the frame itself. Able to secure the bigger bikes such as my 29” XL frame Giant Trance X.
Also, for those questioning as I was.. this rack will fit with a rear mounted spare tire such as on a Jeep. I’ve attached pics below to show there’s plenty of clearance for the rack and bike when mounted. No issues at all with the bike coming in contact with the spare tire. It can also be folded up with no issue as well.
For reference this is a 35”x12.5” spare on my Jeep in the pics below.
