Great rack
I inadvertently did not fully lock my pin and lost it on my drive home. I contacted CRAVOT and ordered a replacement and had it two days later! Excellent customer service!!
Sturdy and solid. I love that you can use a hand crank or you can use a drill to lift your bike up. You can just roll your bike in and then attach it at the seat and lift it up without trashing your back. More difficult to travel with, but, it’s a substantial piece of equipment that will last a long time.
Love the rack. Have gone on some rough roads and the rack held the bikes securely

I haven't assembled it yet, but this the second E2 PLUS I have purchased. They high quality and a great value. If I ever need one on 3rd car, it will definitely be a Cravot.

It's great! I like having the ramp stored away. Folding up the carrier is a plus. It doesn't take up much room, behind the truck. All in all, im glad I chose this style of ebike carrier!

Absolutely love the e-bike Rack, had no problem with it at all. I recommend this rack to all.
My e-bikes are getting progressively heavier. I dreaded having to lift the bikes onto a conventional stand. When this came out I jumped on it. It's easy now. The hand crank works fine but I really get grinning when I use my drill! Highly recommend this! Cravot's customer service is very responsive also.
