Assembly for our Cyber Rack E2 was straightforward; the manual is very clearly written. The only difficulty was inserting the shims. Here's a hint: we used our trash carts as sawhorses - they were tall enough to flip the rack upside down and insert the posts from below; and slip the shims in from the top....LOL! I am VERY impressed with the solidity of this rack - should handle our 2 65# e-bikes with ease! Thank you, Cravot!

This rack is top notch, easily handles my 2 heavy ebikes. The cardboard box was damaged in shipping, but customer service was helpful and no parts were missing.

I am impressed with sturdiness of the rack, and the stability of the bikes when loaded. It does fit on my Jeep Wrangler and allows two ebikes to be loaded and not interfere with the rear spare tire on the Wrangler. The loading ramp works well, but I will be leaving it at home since it is not stable when stored on rack. (Shakes around with the loose single attachment point). It should have a second or even third attachment to make it stable. No big deal for me since I can lift the bikes myself. I added stop/taillights to the rack which the ramp would interfere with if in stored position, so easiest to just leave it at home.
This carrier supports my 2 E Bikes securely and safely while traveling . The ramp makes it easy lo load and unload. Very well made.

This unit is solid even on our Prius with A1 inch hitch class a. It's solid even over bumps.
Our ebike rack did not come with a locking hitch pin. After talking with the ebike company, they referred us to Cravot. They have a compatible locking hitch pin that will fit our hitch. It worked great and offers us good security.
