Extremely well packaged. Assembly is straightforward. Build is solid and bikes are very stable when driving. Highly recommended for eBike transport, no negatives for this unit.
Video realy helped with building the bije hitch. Light weight was a big reason for purchase. The ramp rattle a little but they sent me extra orange straps to secure thinks.

Wow what can I say about this repair stand comes well packaged in 2 boxes took about 10 minutes to assemble after getting it unbox this stand is like a army tank I'm looking to add a right angle drill to kinda mount it permanent with a zip tie just wished I'd waited a week and saved 60 more bucks

The rack is heavy duty & well made. The only change I would make is to add a plastic guard to prevent the ramp from scratching the rack during transport without the bikes.
I'm very happy with this purchase. It is as sturdy as advertised and was easy to assemble.
My only recommendation, and this applies to all bike racks as far as I know, would be to add lights that plug into your vehicle/hitch harness. Once the bikes are mounted, they block your vehicles brake and turn signal lights, especially if you have a bike cover. I was able to make my own with items purchased at an auto parts store.
All in all, great product at half the cost of the big name stuff.
