Super strong rack.... works exactly as described. Easy to load and fold up out of the way when not in use. The unit is very heavy, but once it's installed, it's easy enough to operate and super fast to load up and go!
I have two quite heavy E bikes that I mount onto this new rack and it holds them very securely and I’m very pleased with it
Ultimately I asked for a return on the rack I bought. It was after speaking with customer service who were very helpful. Due to the loss on their end for a return they incentivized for me to keep the rack and sell it which I did. I actually broke even and was able to purchase another model.
Brand new to the e-bike craze and needed something much more solid than my existing road bike hitch for our two new 75 pound behemoths. With a 200-lb rating, we still have plenty of leeway and the solid construction and multiple tie-down points give complete confidence that these expensive new toys aren't going anywhere until I want them to! Fast delivery and easy to follow assembly instructions made everything a breeze.

I watched the install video instructions and it was easy to install. All you need is a 24mm open ended wrench.
It fits great and feels very sturdy.
I usually travel with 2 mountain bikes.
Which is way under the weight that it can take.
I like to mention that the connection mechanism to hold the bikes is perfect.
