The only thing that I would improve is the Ramp. Just a little flimsy for my liking, but over all this Rack is solid and safe and no worries as I drive down the road!!!!!

The quality and solid construction of this bike rack is exceptional for the price. It is relatively simple to assemble. The ramp makes loading and unloading even heavier e-bikes as effortless as possible. The lockable hitch pin was included with the basic package at the time I ordered the rack which is a great feature. The only additional item I added was an anti-rattle clamp to help stabilize the hinge where the rack swings up when it is in the horizontal position.
This is a heavy duty rack for e-bikes at a fraction of the cost than the ones the bike shops sell. It wasn’t too hard to put together and only took us an hour. Our Biggest problem was finding the changing nut sizes that needed tightened.
The ramp is great to use to roll heavy 60-pound e-bikes up onto the carrier. Our bikes rode solidly in place during travel.

Very solid for the price. Love that there are 2 center masts so I can fit different brand bikes on and each have individual support. I can’t comment on longevity but I’m hopeful it will be a long term replacement for my other “name brand” rack

As a structural steel fabricator for 40+ years and a skeptic of buying online, I am very impressed with the build of this bike rack. The parts are oversized for what they do do the 300# loading as specified should be no problem. Everything fit up nicely, the powder coat seemed thick enough and the bolts were pre coated with lock tite.
