it fits my 52 inch wheel base bike nicely, i have only used it twice and i think its bluit well.
Item arrived very well packaged. Inductions were easy to follow and took me about 40 minutes to assemble. I installed on my SUV in about 20 minutes. It's very well made and heavy so installing took me a little while to get everything right and right. Loaded my ebike easily on to the carrier using the supplied ramp. Took it out for a test drive with my wife following recording
Everything was smooth, hardly any wiggle or bounce and my bike weighs about 130. This is going to work great for when my wife gets her bike or for now extra room for a friend. The rack is solid, well built and a bargain. There are not many bike carriers out there that will support this much weight.
I wish they sold just the lock for like half the price... but understand the whole pn/lock combo thing. Easy to order, quick customer service, arrived ahead of expectation. Job well done!

had the parts I needed and purchasing was easy
Very easy to get my electric bikes on it with it or without the ramp, I did regret not to get same model with the tilt option so you don’t have to get bikes off if you need access to the back of the vehicle but at the end if the day it worked out better for me because it would be really hard to pick up the rack plus the bikes at same time and locked the rack in place.
Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase

This lift is a game changer for me. I’m retired and spend most days in my backyard bike shop. At 68 it’s been getting difficult to lift and hold bikes to mount in a traditional work stand. Now, even my ebike is easy to clamp in (on the floor) and lift with a cordless drill. Love this stand.

The best ebike rack out there today. I'm very pleased with it. They save me $500.00. It's also rated 100lbs. per bike and not 70lbs. per bike. Longer ramp makes easier to load bikes. Plus you can get tail/brake/turning lights and tag holder with light from them, that will fit the rack. I recommend this bike rack to all ebikers. You want go wrong.
I recently ordered a Cravot E2 CyberRack for my 2 E bikes online. It was duly delivered and I assembled it without much problem- the instructions were useful and simple to follow.
