Bike rack is well made and just as described. Easy to put together holds my bike securely.
I've looked around for a rack that can easily secure ebikes. This is it! Very sturdy and well built. Absolutely thrilled with this!
Very well made and easy to assemble. Clever design includes hitch lock, tilt capability and ramp loading and unloading. My wife can easily load our 100 lb. e-bikes by herself if needed. Do yourself a favor and get this one that outperforms other racks twice the price.
The rack was easy to assemble and adjust to fit our bikes. I bought this rack because there is a large size difference in mine and my wife’s bikes and our old frame rack wouldn’t work. The feature I most liked was the dual tire clamps for both bikes and the ease of use when loading and unloading. I was very pleased with the locking pin and the ability to tighten the hitch so there is virtually no movement / sway in the hitch when loaded. We have used the rack multiple times and have had zero issues. I would recommend this rack…the price point and quality are as advertised.
We have two lectric bikes, the rack works great on our 23 ford escape and on the rear of out Outdoors trailer. Great job guys

Seems sturdy for my E-bikes. Easy to assemble. Nice replacement for old bike rack. Really appreciate the center vertical support. No longer do I worry about slipping off tire.
Well constructed and designed, but not lightweight which is understandable considering the load it carries. Pretty easy to assemble. Holds our two fat bike securely. Mine came with the ramp and hitch lock. I think it’s a great value.
I knew I needed a new rack when I got my new Cyke Bike Cheeta. This rack cradles the bike very well even at 89mph on the highway. And when we drove off road minimal movement. This new ramp system is what the e bike industry needed!
Easy to load
The bike rack seems to be very well built. Only took about a half hour to assemble.
Assembly was straightforward with the exception of the two half moon shims. Do take the time to view the short company made you tube assembly video,, and even the half moons will be easy.
