Nice works well have used it on the road yet. It went together easy. Wish it had a storage spot for the ramp.

Bought two new e-bikes and needed a new bike rack, this rack is perfect. It’s easy to ensemble and easy to use, very sturdy. Being as affordable as it is, I was a little hesitant, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I would highly recommend this rack for anyone who needs a heavy duty e-bike rack.

Very well constructed heavy duty rack. Went with this model for two e-bikes on an rv. Assembly was quick, two missing parts were shipped out fast. Only fault, wish the ramp was able to be stored on the rack.

I have an expensive carbon fiber mountain bike with all the latest. It needs to be cradled and supported by tires, do you concerns with damaging the bike. This is a perfect solution for any high end bike. Thx!

Was easy to put together. Nothing to compare it to, this is my first E-bike and hitch rack. Carried my Rambo Krusader 2.0 with no issues. I’d recommend!

This rack is very well made and it is so economically priced. Even my bike shop was impressed and they have suggested it to other customers. The rack was easy to put together. The ramp makes it super simple for me (senior citizen) to load my ebike all by myself.

The rack was super easy to put together. The ramp makes it super easy to load with the folding ramp. I wish it installed back on the rack. The rack tightens in the receiver and does not move around making for very little movement when traveling on bumpy roads. I like how the riser arm brackets hold the bike even step throughs The wheel straps hold great. I take my bike from Northern Nevada to Arizona 16 hour drive with no issues. It also comes with a locking hitch pin. It would be great if the dials on the lock down arms would also have a key lock.

This fits our two fat tire bikes with no problems at all. Was easy to assemble.

I received the bike rack on good order! The assembly went very well and I am vey pleased with the quality of the unit. Putting in the plastic spacers into place on the rotating vertical members was incredibly hard to do but eventually I was able to get it done as the designers intended. I'd re-think that part of the design carefully if I were in charge.

We got this to haul two Velotric Nomad 2 Fat Tire Ebikes on the back of our 5th wheel camper and it's great! Highly recommend, it's well built and does a great job with our bikes.

This rack is heavy duty and perfect for e-bikes. Easy to assemble too. Great value!

Built like a tank and actually pretty easy to use as far as getting my 80# bike on and off.
Kind of heavy for me, but manageable. Confused as to why they developed a threaded attaching bolt for securing tongue in the receiver hitch instead of using the traditional lockable type thru bolt. A 7mm shank diameter lock is recommended for securing the threaded bolt, and that’s not much of a deterrent to a thief with a hammer, and it is rather tedious to install requiring an open ended wrench. Other than that, it’s a pretty good rack for my e-bike
