Nice works well have used it on the road yet. It went together easy. Wish it had a storage spot for the ramp.

The rack was super easy to put together. The ramp makes it super easy to load with the folding ramp. I wish it installed back on the rack. The rack tightens in the receiver and does not move around making for very little movement when traveling on bumpy roads. I like how the riser arm brackets hold the bike even step throughs The wheel straps hold great. I take my bike from Northern Nevada to Arizona 16 hour drive with no issues. It also comes with a locking hitch pin. It would be great if the dials on the lock down arms would also have a key lock.

The Cravot CyberRack E2 Plus Hitch Bike Rack arrived as described in the information provided. First, instillation was fairly simple once I watched a video on YouTube that gave a good visual representation of how to assemble it. The instructions provided were hard to follow and were not thorough enough to be able to put it together. Second, the product is sturdy enough to support and transport our bikes which are heavier than most, 65 lbs. each. The only drawback is the support post used to attach to the seat post gets in the way when trying to roll the bike up the ramp and onto the piece that holds it in place. Overall though it meets our needs and we are pleased with it.

We got this to haul two Velotric Nomad 2 Fat Tire Ebikes on the back of our 5th wheel camper and it's great! Highly recommend, it's well built and does a great job with our bikes.

Great rack! I was concerned about how difficult it would be to assemble but the instructions were very clear and I had no problems. The ramp makes it easy to load the bikes. Only thing I would stress is to make sure after you tilt the rack up or down, make sure the pull pin is fully engaged on the handle. All in all, love it!
