Mostly a great deal, but a few minor issues

For the most part, this is an incredible deal for a rack that is fully capable of handling 3-100 lb eBikes. The price is amazing compared to the very few other brands that are capable of handling this kind of load. Also, if you have a bike that has fenders on it, the Cravot seems to be the only one that can handle fenders and this kind of weight.

I do have a couple minor quibbles though. First, some of the hardware, namely the nuts and bolts are of lower quality. As a result, I had two that with minimal torque got stripped and needed to be replaced. Having said that, Cravot did a great job with customer service and got replacements sent out from China quickly.

I also think that Cravot needs to put together a video showing up-close how to assemble the rack. The printed instructions were mostly OK, but there were a couple spots where I could not figure out, from the words or pictures, which direction things should be assembled, most particularly with the middle support arms. As a result, I had to assemble and re-assemble some parts before I got them attached correctly.

Lastly, the weight of the rack is pretty heavy, over 100 lbs. It really makes moving the rack around a challenge for one person, unless you're pretty strong and don't have any low back issues.

Having said all this, I would buy this again in a heartbeat. There's really no other brand of rack that can do all this rack does.
