This rack is very study for my Wallke and my wife's Lectric bikes. Easy to get the bikes on with the ramp. Several ways to secure the bikes so they don't move.

Well built and sturdy rack

Very secure. I like the screw in hitch pin which keeps it very solid in the hitch. The ramp works, but I just pop the front wheel up, and then lift the rear wheel up. Because I don't have the ramp stowed on the back of the rack, I was able to tape on extra trailer lights in case the wheels block my truck lights. Highly recommend this rack.

Love this eBike rack so far. Easy assembly, secures tightly to the hitch, travels well, no shaking or rocking, easy to load and unload the bikes.

Quality designed rack. Went together very easily, all connection points lined up and hardware was good quality. I added a 7" extension to my receiver so the rack would fold up past my spare tire on a Jeep Wangler. Hauls both of our Mokwheel bikes with ease. My friend ordered a CyberRack E1 for his Mokwheel after he seen mine.

Only used once so far...but it seems to be a good quality product.

This is a very sturdy rack. I am very pleased that it easily adapts to our 3" mountain bikes, my 4" fat tire winter bike, and a road triathlon bike. It's easy for my wife to set the bikes up on the rack, unlike our previous one which demanded we lift and set the front wheel forks higher than our heads. I also love the built in lock, as my last rack was stolen.

This is a very heavy rack. Seems super durable. I have used it several times to transport my 29er Mtn Bike and it has worked flawlessly.

The rack was easy to put together using Cravats Video on their site. The ramp height is a bit steep on my regular-sized Ford pickup. I do wish the ramps were wider and not as steep. Also, the ramp can come disengaged if you're not careful and move it out of position. The ramp would be better if it locked into the rack instead of just hooking in when loading my bike. Overall, it seems to be a well-made rack.
