After all my drama with FedEx and their delayed delivery, the rack arrived. It took me 3 hours to assemble because I kept reading the directions / pictures wrong. Being 75 years old is no excuse. The instructions were clear, I just made mistakes. With all that, I absolutely Love it! He ramp makes it so easy and the fastenings are quick and secure.

Very well made, great packaging and quality is better than expected. It is bigger and heavier than I thought it would be and that’s a good thing. Bikes don’t move and the thing holds them safely.

Love this rack super stable mounting. Super easy to use with the ramp. No more lifting the bike up to put it on rack. Rides super quiet you don't even know it's back there when folded.

It was delivered ahead of schedule, and did not take more than a few minutes to assemble. It helps to have a full set of sockets, wrenches, and screw drivers handy. I also bought a ramp as loading fat tire bikes so close to the back of our car was a little too close for comfort. It is a rock solid addition to our adventure inventory. It came with all the hardware needed. It is a quality product.

This rack is solid for two fat tire E-bikes. I'm happy with the quality 👍

I took a look at other more expensive racks from the big names and found that none of those were rated up to 100lbs per bike. Perfect for my needs. Bike is very secure on the rack and easy to load.

As advertised. Instructions a little unclear on placing the shims for the vertical supports. I tried, without success to install them from the top. Went to local HW and thin fiber washers and they were still too thick. When installing on the vehicle I noticed that there were relief features fie the shims from the bottom. Disassembled and reassembled w shims and all worked well.
Only complaint is that it is massively heavy.

So far this appears to be very robust, and holds our 2 ebikes very securely, with little to no movement while transporting. very happy with the purchase and hope the rack lasts a long time.
