Had some shipping damage that we documented with pictures as we unpacked! The were two very small and inconsequential places. One very small dent and one very small scratch.
Customer service responded very quickly professionally!! Even though we acknowledged that the spots were small and no problem, they offered a small monetary refund to compensate for the damage even though none was requested or required!!

Absolutely love this hitch bike rack! Really well and solid built. Have already recommended it to several others. Being a little older would love to see some type of handle which could be used to carry the rack. I believe it would help immensely when moving it by yourself to place on the hitch. Easy on and easy off for my Fat tire ebike and my wife's ebike. Seen and used other bike racks which are not this well made.

I’m impressed by the general construction and the materials used. Easy to follow instructions made assembly a breeze. Have traveled several hundred miles with 2 e-bikes and the rack and bikes are still rock solid. Would recommend this rack to anyone hauling e-bikes.
