I purchased the two 300lb capacity ebike rack and found it was really well made and heavy duty. Easy to put together. I am 69 and I was able to mount it to my hitch on my F-250 without any help. I would recommend to anyone on the fence of purchasing one that wants a little bit beefier ebike rack. Very satisfied!

Bike rack is very easy to install on the vehicle. Bikes fit great and are secure.
I have a biktrix bike that is very heavy and a rad power which is normal weight and the rack handles really well.I was a little worried because of the price compared to other brands but it works great

We ordered this rack before leaving our house for a cross-country trip with our Freesky e-bikes and had it delivered to our destination in SoCal. When we arrived, it was there waiting for us, 2 days ahead of time, even!
The assembly was a snap using basic tools and took about 20 minutes. The rack IS heavy, though, but in this case, it's a good thing because it's just made from durable materials. However, I did need my husband's help to install it on our truck due to the weight.
Loading the bikes is a breeze using the included ramp, and I love that the ramp stores right on the rack instead of having to stash it somewhere in the truck. That's an especially nice feature if you load up muddy bikes!
Overall, loading/unloading the e-bikes is easy, securing them is intuitive, and everything is rock solid on the road. I'm super happy with this rack, and I'm glad we got it! SOOO much easier than getting our heavy e-bikes into the back of the truck!
I'm satisfied enough with the quality and design of this rack, so I'm going to explore other offerings from Cravot!
