The bike rack itself is very good, sturdy, and easy to assemble and use. My only comment is that my rack arrived in well packed, however, when I unboxed it, it was clearly a rack that had previously been assembled and used to some degree. All of the larger metal pieces except for the front wheel cradle had some degree of marks and scratches and it was clear that it had been mounted in a hitch receiver. I would have to say it was probably returned for some reason and was an open box buy rather than new in box. I would not have knowingly purchased an open box buy even for a lower price. I do not plan to return it, however, as it will serve my purposes fine as it is.
Good shipment delivery. OK price. Good ease of assembly. Haven't had time to use it much yet.
I ordered the new E1 25 easy to install, i have problems with one of the components so i emailed customer support and Joy was amazing she knows what the product can go through, she told me that i can go as much as 80NM and i did 50NM and the ticking noise was gone!. X1 is also a promising product!!
