Just drove 1130 miles with my e-bike on the rack…no issues with the rack. The rack , when upright (folded not being used) blocks my back up camera. That’s my issue, not blaming the rack. Well constructed. The upright bars were tricky but otherwise, the install was easy.
Very sturdy. 1000 miles into our first trip with it. Very stable at freeway speeds. Easy loading. A little cumbersome getting the ramp secured but not terrible. Happy with it so far.

...........it went together pretty easily, seems very sturdy and has a very slim
profile on the back of the RV. I'll have to report back after it's been thoroughly
tested. If it performs on the road the way it assembled and the the way it feels,

We needed a more sturdy bike rack after blowing out our last one driving on the I40. Based on the specs and reviews we decided to order one. Unfortunately, it came with some missing parts. (The box was taped at the end when we received it and automatically thought it had torn along the way after shipping out. Contacted the company and they expedited deliver of the missing parts, receiving them the next day. We haven't had this kind of support from a company in a long time. Thank you so much. This ebike carrier is built well and very solid on my truck. Can't wait to try it on a long trip. Bike fit well and aer solid, no wiggling around.
This bike rack/carrier is of premium quality and very heavy duty. Wish it could’ve included locking knobs with bolts; preventing the stabilizing from easily being removed and an anti rattle pin for the removable ramp. Otherwise, my E-bike of 75 lbs. did not move.
Love how the bike is locked in when transporting. I feel confident the bike is secure! I really enjoy the folding ramp also. Makes loading or unloading my 50lb Ebike hassle free.
Assembly for our Cyber Rack E2 was straightforward; the manual is very clearly written. The only difficulty was inserting the shims. Here's a hint: we used our trash carts as sawhorses - they were tall enough to flip the rack upside down and insert the posts from below; and slip the shims in from the top....LOL! I am VERY impressed with the solidity of this rack - should handle our 2 65# e-bikes with ease! Thank you, Cravot!
