Great value for money

I've only had it for a month. I think the quality good and design was well thought out. I do wish they would have made a place on the rack to store the ramp. Personally I can load and unload two eBikes without the ramp by lowering the bikes rear wheel to the ground first then lower the front wheel to the ground. I love the ability to lower the rack with bikes on it. And I like the ability to fold it up while on the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this bike rack.

What is the best way to find replacement parts for racks? Also name of parts or find a parts list.

I did my research before purchasing and read a ton of reviews. This bike rack absolutely delivered. It’s maiden voyage was 1,100 miles from Portland, Or to Las Vegas, Nv and it was solid and my75 pound E-bike did not move at all!!I am truly impressed and will tell anyone that needs a rack that this is the one for sure!!

I was impressed by the build quality when I got the product out of the box. I haven't used the rack to transport bikes yet, but I can tell it is well built. I would suggest they put a small piece of adhesive to hold the plastic guides in place for the vertical rods, doing it again I might have held them in place with some black electrical tape to make assembly easier.it went together pretty easy otherwise. I am looking forward to using it. Maybe they will come up with a better way to attach the loading ramp to the rack, so it is all together. I think the rack is a great value and I know it will hold my 2 Aventon bikes which are on the heavier side. I am glad I selected this rack and anyone looking for an e-bike rack really look at this before you make your decision. The clamps that slide up and down on the vertical stabilizer bars look like they will work with a variety of bikes as well. I have looked at other racks locally and they were a lot more expensive and none of them seemed like they were what I wanted. I also wanted a rack for my girlfriend that she can use since the bikes are too heavy for her to load into the back of her Honda Ridgeline as well and this will make it easy for her to load up by herself, if she needs to.

I have used my rack several times for just one ebike. So far it has been great. I would like to have a few spare straps and rubber protective sleeves for the where they contact the bike rimms, etc. Thanks!

For me this rack is the best having looked at available racks for e bikes it is rugged and it is money well spent.

I love my E2+ so far!! It is very sturdy and easy to put on and take off my car. Also, the ramp makes getting my bike on and off so much easier!
