Easy to assemble. Seems to work well. The pin to hold ramp in place is a little awkward. Will be using it more in upcoming archery season.

It’s on the heavy side but with the ramp it’s not a problem.
I have two 90 pound e-bikes with a 52” wheelbase and this rack is very stable and solid. I would recommend it for heavy e-bikes.

Took a chance on a new rack that none of my friends had and was rewarded with one of the best racks out there. Super sturdy, well built and super easy to use. I would recommend this rack over most more expensive racks. Take a chance and get rewarded, so much value for your money.

Had some shipping damage that we documented with pictures as we unpacked! The were two very small and inconsequential places. One very small dent and one very small scratch.

Customer service responded very quickly professionally!! Even though we acknowledged that the spots were small and no problem, they offered a small monetary refund to compensate for the damage even though none was requested or required!!

I have a wheelbase of 51.5" and was concerned that the specs on this rack is 51".
After assembly and mounting, my bike fits just fine with a little room to spare.
This is a very sturdy rack and I recommend it overcast anything else.
I do wish there stabilizing piece that goes under the hitch was a little longer.

Solid, light weight rack! Exactly what I was hoping to find.

Absolutely love this hitch bike rack! Really well and solid built. Have already recommended it to several others. Being a little older would love to see some type of handle which could be used to carry the rack. I believe it would help immensely when moving it by yourself to place on the hitch. Easy on and easy off for my Fat tire ebike and my wife's ebike. Seen and used other bike racks which are not this well made.

Purchased one a couple weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with it. Well thought out and constructed. The ratcheting connecting blocks are a definite plus! Easy and secure. I recommend this product👍
