This rack is very will built. I have used it just 4 times but found out how stable it is and very easy to load the Ebikes with the ramp. I went with this model for two reasons over the slightly cheaper model. Tilting is very easy. I don't have to take out a pin and clip. Second, some have said the ramp that mounts to the back of the rack sometimes rattles. I like the folding ramp. It was worth the extra having those options. Great Ramp

This is a very nice bike rack, I have a 100lb. E-bike and a 80lb e-bike and it works great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a heavy duty bike rack.👍👍

Purchasing was simple and easy. Shipping was quite quick.
Good solid rack. Comes with locking hitch pin though I can use my Yakima pin to keep the keys to minimum. Needs some branding stickers. I added tri-flow to all the hinge points to curb future rust, because it rains in Florida.
The bikes I currently fit on it is a long wheelbase full suspension MTB and 2 different road bikes. All fit well. I was using a Yakima Hold Up but it does not fit long wheelbase bikes well. So far I love the rack. It is a heavy thing so be warned if you plan on taking it on and off a lot. I tend to leave my racks installed unless I’m towing a camper. Can I get a Cravot sticker to put on the tray?
Im a 75 yr. Old female and I can put this bike rack on my vehicle myself! It's very sturdy for my ebike and the ramp works great. I installed reflective tape on the face of the ramp so when it hangs on rack, it's very visible to whoever is following me.
Straightforward assembly, and as sturdy as I hoped it would be! Love the three position tilt: folded up in a vertical position, level for loading bikes, angled to the ground to enable access to a liftgate. Easy to load and secure bikes. There are more expensive racks, but why spend the money?
