My experience with Cravot has been super. Recently I placed an order for a new ebike rack. Was trying to do this while multitasking which was my mistake. I ORDERED THE WRONG RACK. When I realized I sent notes to customer service (Joy). She stopped the shipment corrected the order and adjusted the invoice for the difference. I was relieved and very happy. Thanks Team!!! Looking forward to getting the S2
This is the most solid bike rack that I've ever used. It is very heavy so it's not for the faint of heart.

So far so good! The rack easily holds our 2 E-bikes. One is 78 lbs the other is 55 lbs. they lock in nicely although I haven’t taken them on a trip yet. The rack seems very well made, and can’t wait to hit the road with it.
very good for the E bikes went on Vacation and it was a great bike rack strong and felt safe that the bikes were on it...easy to load and secure to the rack.
