Just finished putting it together, quite straight forward but will require some adjustments to the rack for each bike. Much nicer rolling the heavy e-bikes up the ramp as opposed to lifting them, worth the money just for that. Haven't tried the rack on the road yet but looks and feels solid.
Easy to assemble and supports both bikes rock solid. I use mine on the back of our RV. Great design.

Got it for its light weight and compact folding when stored. Have just tried it once and everything works perfect.
This is exactly what we’ve been looking for. It’s easy to load and unload our e-bikes and I can put it on the car without help. We did buy a hitch stabilizer to make it more solid on the car. We don’t leave it on the car, we put it on and take it off each time we use it.
