Well-built sturdy bike rack. We recently bought (2) Lectric XP-4 ebikes. These bikes are heavy (70 pounds each). The ramp included with the bike rack makes loading and unloading very easy. We use the rack on both our C-Class RV and Jeep Wrangler. We did have to add a hitch extension to clear the spare tire on the Jeep. Using the rear camera on the RV going down the road, the bikes didn’t move a bit.
Very well built, absolutely loving this rack I carry 2 EBikes 80 lbs each no problem.
Awesome and responsive customer service. The CyberRack E2 Plus is very well built and transports ebikes securely, without much movement at all. A bit heavy but I guess that's what makes it so sturdy. Would recommend.

This is a really great company and I’ll tell you why. When I received my rack one of the bike tire holders was not there. I called a week later and without any questions they sent me one in the mail. I highly respect them for doing this.
Great rack! I’m a 70 year old petite woman and I can put the rack on my SUV and load my ebike by myself!!! Very solid and secure!!!

Absolutely a good product and reasonable price for the bike rack. Adjustability is great for our two eBikes. Easy loading and unloading. Folding ability to store when not inuse is nice. Customer service has been great as well.
