Makers loading and unloading bikes a breeze. Holds bikes steady on curves and bumps. The included Ramp is very useful. Only down side is that it blocks the rear camera when in the up position, I don't think that can be avoided. As good or better than racks costing three times as much.
I carry two heavy Aveton E-Bikes, and this carrier holds them securely. It was easy to assemble, and one follow-up call to the company solved a problem I was having. I highly recommend this carrier as a strong bike carrier that is easy to use. Well-engineered and constructed. A+

Rack is Easy to put together. Carried both 45 lb E Bikes. (With out batteries) I prefer to keep them in the truck. The included ramp made loading by myself Super easy. I travel with ramp and batteries in truck. Hitch lock pin worked great. Drove on local streets and highway very little shake from rack and bikes. Fold up feature is great exactly what I wanted. So far performance from rack , Outstanding! I recommend this product for transporting two bikes on a hitch.
Solidly made, protects bikes from scratches with the nice padded straps. Ramp is great to have to get our 4" tires on.
The E2 Plus rack arrived exactly one week to the day after I placed the order. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble, some of which was spent hunting around my garage for the right size wrenches and sockets (16mm, 17mm, 24mm - you could also use an adustable wrench but that's a pain). The rack is very solid and seems to be well built. It fits our two Aventon Sinch 2 E-bikes perfectly. The included ramp makes loading easy. The tires strap down securely and the vertical brace clamps onto the Sinch 2 bike frame just below the seat post for a nice snug fit. The rack is not light (about 66 lbs) but that's close to the weight of many E-bikes, so if you can lift your bike you can likely lift the rack easily enough to insert it in your hitch receiver. It's not difficult to install, but I wouldn't want to do it every day. Fortunately the tilt mechanism is cleverly done and simple to use, although it is heavy to tilt up/down when the bikes loaded. I have only two minor quibbles so far: 1) When the rack is folded-up there is enough slop in the latch mechanism for it to rattle a bit, and 2) I occasionally have trouble getting the threaded receiver bolt started. I have to lift/wiggle the rack to get the holes aligned so the threads can engage, but once started it's easy. In summary, I'm very happy so far with this rack.

This is a great E-Bike rack. Assembly required but it was simple to follow the directions. The bikes held sturdy and traveled well. It is a great entry level rack.
East to assemble, and very solid bike rack. Holds two ebikes with ease! Highly recommend! (And you can't beat the price!)
I was very pleased to find that the bike carrier was built so strongly and that the design features were so well thought out.
Bought it for e-bike and for easy loading with the ramp I am a female age 67 and 5’2 and I can do it myself. So far ok but have not used much.
